The Provincial Chapter of the Maltese Province was held on November 15-19, 2021, at the Carmelite Retreat Center in Dar Tat-Talb, Lunzjata, Rabat.
Fr. Conrad Mutizamhepo, general councilor for Africa, was president of the Chapter.
The following were elected:

First Councilor: Fr. Maurice Abela
Second Councilor: Fr. Renald Lofreda
Third Councilor: Fr. Jurgen Cucciardi
Fourth Councilor: Br. Vincent Rotin
Provincial Secretary: Fr. Ivan Scicluna
