The ceremony was led by the Lady Mayor, Mrs. Wobine Buijs-Glaudemans: Those in attendance included Fr. Jan Brouns, prior provincial of the Dutch province, Fr. Georg Zeegers O.Carm., parish priest of the Carmelite parish dedicated to Blessed Titus, and Fr. Falco Thuis, O.Carm., former prior general of the Order.
