Esta declaração da Província foi feita em 1973. Frei Ulrico Goevert antecipou este compromisso, quando ele no dia 1º de setembro de 1951, portanto há 25 anos, celebrou a primeira missa em Paranavaí. No dia seguinte foi empossado como pároco na paróquia erigida em 1950. Com isso naquela hora foi lançada a raiz do nosso Comissariado. |
